The museum’s signature exhibition, The Story of Virginia, covers Native American tribes prior to European colonization, colonization and the Revolutionary War, slavery and the Civil War, Reconstruction, the Civil Rights movement and more up to the present day. Visit daily between 10 am and 5 pm.
