The Arizona scenery is fine, including several surprisingly effective wide, wide angle zoom shots. Creative camera work cannot save "Run Simon Run" however, because the romance seems unrealistic, the eventual confrontation between Reynolds and his Brother's killer is poorly staged, and the credits roll, leaving the viewer rather dissatisfied.
Burt Reynolds stars in this TV-movie as a Papago Indian, who returns to his people after serving a long sentence for a crime he didn't commit. To clear himself of the murder of his own brother, Reynolds begins a long and bloody search for the actual killer.
An okay drama about an innocent Papago Indian, unjustly set up and sentenced to prison for his brother's murder, being released and hunting down the real killer.
