Oct 22, 2020 · Owner Vadim Zoubovski and wife Alena lived in Singapore for 16 years. Vadim works in shipping. As Russian restaurants are more or less non existent in Singapore, Vadim and Alena like other Russians in Singapore do a lot of cooking at home. What started as food gifts for friends became a takeaway kiosk and today a full fledge Russian restaurant.
- BORSCHT. BORSCHT is the most authentic Russian restaurant in Singapore which serves the best Eastern European Tandoor food. This restaurant is started by Vadim Zoubovski and his wife, Alena Zubovskaya, who have lived in Singapore for 16 years.

This is Singapore’s only Russian-owned Russian restaurant, and it is located in the Maxwell Chambers. The restaurant’s ambience is warm and inviting, and the food is delicious. The restaurant’s signature dish is the Chebureki, a flaky pastry that is integral to Russian street food culture.
