If you don’t mind subtitles there is almost no reason to watch dubbed over subbed. The only exceptions are when the japanese voice actor makes a character horribly painful like in black clover, and even then it’s not guaranteed that the english va will be any better.

Overall, I feel Naruto is solid in dub. I actually prefer it that way, key word "prefer" as to say I don't think the sub is bad at all. Sorry for the rant, but I grow tired of seeing people bash dubs for the same reasons. And as I said earlier, try an episode of each to decide.
