  3. I think the finale, as in the last episode, was worse in game of thrones. Certainly more disappointing because the expectations were higher. The problem with lost wasn't so much as the last episode sucked... It was that the last episode it had to suck because the showrunners were basically lying to everyone when they said they had a plan.

Arya Stark spent the bulk of her time on Game of Thrones learning how to be an exceptional combatant, and people were ready to see it on full display in the final season. In fact, one theorysuggested that Arya would be the one to take out Dany, which would have been a huge twist.

This theorywould have been much more interesting than what we actually got, and we could see why someone would think this. Bran becoming the Night King after warging into him would have spared many lives along the way, and it would have added a new ripple to the seemingly bizarre Stark character.

It seems like many fans would agree with this, and we can’t blame them. Dany's turn doesn't have the sufficient build up, and comes off too extreme as a result. This theory would not change a whole lot, but the theory is predicated on Dany not having such a drastic turn and completely betraying her own character. This would have allowed for a more ...

Now this would have been insane to see! Dany, in this theory, would have lost her dragons and would have become the Night Queen, joining her babies and doing her worst on Westeros. It would have given the finale a ton of spectacle while leaving people to pick up their jaws off the floor.

For this theory, Westeros would have gotten a Targaryen on the throne with a family member as both their hand and lover, mirroring the Lannisters before them. Dany and Jon would have ruled Westeros together, but the children of Craster would have survived and given way to a new threat in waiting.

Gendry, the Baratheon that was kept in hiding, does wind up getting to take his rightful place at Storm’s End, but this theorygoes a little bit further. It sees him assume control of Westeros on the Iron Throne and taking up the mantle that his father, Robert, once had when the series began.

Many people took issue with this, so we had to include this solid theoryon our list. Jaime Lannister should have been the one to fulfill the prophecy and take out Cersei himself, eventually going back to be with Brienne. Instead, the writers threw away any semblance of character development Jaime had.

Dany always talked about breaking the wheel, and seeing this theoryactually happen would have been magic. Jon and Dany would have worked together and instead of taking the Iron Throne, they would have destroyed it. This theory also implied that Dany’s vision throughout the series was to do away with the Iron Throne and not sit on it.

For this theory, the Azor Ahai prophecy comes into play and it sees Jon Snow as the last living Targaryen in the world. This would give him a rightful claim to the Iron Throne, which he would take. Fans would have liked this, and it would have been interesting to watch Jon become a leader of men again. The bulk of Jon’s time on Game of Thrones sees him trying to figure out how to deal with the Night King, and seeing him eventually become the ultimate evilin Westeros would have been bonkers. It would have added a taste of bittersweet into the series, and it could have led to a more interesting ending for Jon's arc.

  4. Lost who knows how many in the sack of Kings landing. Considering all that they aren't a threat to a unified westeros. It's such a plot hole its not even funny. Not to mention after Danys death grey worm should have been brought to trial for war crimes after executing prisoners who had surrendered after Danys death.
