The processor is fine, as are all the processors that get paired with a 1650. 8 GB RAM is enough for Sims 4; even if 16 would be nice to have for multitasking, it's not strictly necessary. A 256 GB hard drive is small but can still fit the entire game and 100 GB of cc, not that you'd want to wait that long for the game to load.

You could test how your computer and game performs with higher settings. And if there’s a noticeable lag or other issue, you can always revert back to the lower settings. Just remember to restart your game and probably your computer whenever you make changes to the graphic settings.

CariY2206. •. From personal experience, yes. Unless you have a laptop that can support gaming to an extent (some regular laptops come with that benefit), you would literally have to have nothing else on it for the game to run well, with one save file, no mods or cc, and on medium quality.
