I plan to make a 16 x 16 texture pack, but whenever I use paint, every item (torches, redstone, dropped item) goes white. That's because MS paint doesn't allow transparencies which screws up the textures that aren't a solid square.

Mod Loader Pro, to my knowledge, was a fork of MSCLoader (the first mod loader for the game, to my knowledge) that briefly popped up last year for about three months.
