A very easy way to tell "free weekend" and "free to keep" apart: Look at the price tag. If there is a single price tag reduced by 100% to zero - you will keep the game once added. If there is a free to play button (with a timer) and a price tag ( above 0 USD/EUR/whatever ), then you can only play it during the shown period.
Depends: if it's limited and free, but permanent to add - it's yours to keep. If it's free for a weekend, it will remain in your library to be purchased after. I'm pretty sure it just blocks you from playing it. When the free weekend is over the game is still in your library but it will have a purchase button instead of play button.

When a free weekend starts the game gets added to your game library and you will be able to install and play it, once the free weekend ends if you click the game in your library the play button will be replaced for a purchase button since the game is not added to your library any more. May 25, 2021 · The fact that you had played the game for more than 2 hours during a free weekend would have given you good indication if it could run on your system, thus the refund is going to get auto denied. This is on top of the fact that one would actually be able to demo the game and not worry about the 2 hour limit of a refund, which isn't meant to demo games.
