For me biology has been easier when I look back at my high school years. I recommend you to take the one that has a good easy going Professor (meaning that if it is not related to your major, and you just want to get the core requirements out of the way, while still learning something ) then go to ratemyprofessor website and look at the reviews.
The workforce is flooded with biology and chemistry BS degree holders and employers tend to see them as interchangeable, so expect somewhat low wages for a Bs in either. Best ROI is probably engineering like chemical, then at least you’ll have a decent basis in chemistry and you’ll learn the physics and engineering side too.

If you sincerely dislike biology, consider a ACS biochem major instead? I have a double major in chemistry and physics and the only discernible benefit I’ve see is that my graduate coursework in stat mech and QM was markedly easier. I would not recommend getting a double major unless you REALLY want to.
