Sep 26, 2024 · We have made the difficult decision to sunset Tapped Out. In-app purchases have been disabled, and the game will be removed from the app stores October 31, 2024. You may continue playing until January 24th, 2025, at which point servers will be turned off and TSTO will not be accessible.
Many people have paid a lot of money to EA to play Simpsons tapped out and to have a situation where those purchases cannot be used after January 2025 is totally unacceptable. If EA have any sort of professional customer service ethics they should develop a way for Simpsons tapped out to be played offline with the caveat that there will be no further game development or updates.

I have more than enough in game cash to satisfy the purchase, and the glitch happens on both my iPhone 12 and my iPad. I’m getting the same.
