Jan 17, 2020 · Basically it's generically a single notch above IKEA in build quality, and a notch above IKEA in furniture design. As with IKEA, it's dependent on which specific piece you buy. Their foam is generally cheap 1.5lb/sqft non-HR, so expect their soft furniture that's used regularly to start showing sagging at about 3-5y of use.
Oct 27, 2020 · Toronto. Terrible shopping experience at Structube. They delivered a broken mirror and refused to refund the delivery fee since mirror was discontinued and I was unable to get an exchange. Basically they wanted me to be out of pocket $99 for a broken mirror.

When I shop around for furniture, a lot of retailers often offer some kind of discount when you bargain with them (i.e. 10% off, no tax, free delivery, etc.)

We bought the top of the line one in 2018 and it sags so much we can't sleep on it. The mattress says 10 year warranty, but they only honour their one year warranty. They said 10 year is only for defects.
Dec 6, 2017 · Second, Structube did not say how the OP failed to assemble the chair properly. It shouldn't be that difficult to assemble a chair. Third, it should not matter when the OP reported the issue to Structube as long as the warranty period is still in effect when they were notified. OP should contact the Better Business Bureau and open up a complaint.
