In Favourites lists the choices are All Channels, Subscribed Channels, plus whatever lists you may have added yourself. 01-06-2023 12:32 PM. Sep 14, 2024 · I recently mentioned in the Blog section that Telus really needs to look at shuffling their theme packs around - with these 3 channels being dropped recently there are now a few theme packs with just 3 channels included ( Favourite Films, Laughs & Cheers and Adrenaline ) or 4 channels included ( Prime Time and Explore ).

  3. Sep 17, 2024 · I subscribed to Optik TV about 2 weeks ago, I took the Essentials, no frills. Now, I would like to customize my channel selection (I get 5 picks), but I can't seem to do it online. When I select my Optik TV service from MyTelus, I simply get a note saying that "To manage your current package, please call 1-888-811-2323". See screenshot.

  4. Sep 26, 2024 · The last few days it shows “favourite channels” for about half a second, then quickly reverts to “subscribed channels”. Rebooting hasn’t helped. @TELUS_Support. Must be frustating to be Telus support and dealing with us when something was working, then lost with the July update is still not fixed.

  6. Grouping Channels. Is there a way to have the channels we receive all grouped together on the TV guide so that we don't have to scroll through hundreds of channels? Yes I call it My Favorites. You have to manually choose it as Telus is unable to have My Favorities be the default guide. Yes I call it My Favorites.

You are probably logged in appropriately, but if you see 'N/A' under account info, it's likely that your new box is not connected to your TV account properly.   10. The channels are down for more than 12 hours. Is this normal? I just subscribed to Optik TV and the chinese package, got the box on Tuesday and Thursday can't watch it since afternoon. If this happens often, I'd better cancel the service while I'm still on the 30 days of testing the service before I got trap for 2 years contract.
