Players choose to play as one of the agents, each depicted with a health bar. The health bar decreases any time the player is hit or injured by an enemy. Players can regain health by successfully completing chapters or using first aid kits found throughout the game.
In addition to the objective of terminating zombies, players also have opportunities to rescue hostages throughout the game. Successfully rescuing these hostages may reward players with bonus points or health benefits.

The absolute best way to play on PC is with the Model2 emulator and a ROM of the arcade version. Both are available via some searching on Google. You will also have to configure the M2 emulator for mouse support. You might be able to get it running in Windows compatibility mode.

The story of the game centers around two agents called, Thomas Rogan and G. They are sent to investigate the work of a crazy SOB scientist called, Dr. Curien who has been creating all kinds of monsters!
