When Kaye's Ernest Klenk accidentally approves a Diners Club application for a notorious crime boss, Ronald "Foots" Pulardos, Ernie heads out to try to snatch the card before the man can use it. While this is going on, Ernie is due to marry Lucy (played by Martha Hyer) the next day.

Review by Katrina B 🐈 ★★★ A Jerry Lewis-style gangster comedy (based on a Bob Hope bit) with some technophobia sprinkled in, except Danny Kaye is the lead— a guy who must insert himself into a crime boss’s life in order to steal a credit card that he accidentally approved.
