Their love story in the series is way better than what PG portrayed in the book. The Perkin Warbeck/Richard Duke of York plot is an interesting dramatic conflict for Elizabeth of York. The characterizations of Elizabeth Woodville and Margaret Beaufort were both a lot harder/one-dimensional than the previous series though.
