I ended up finding a solution though: 1. Go to the Prime benefits page and find an item from EA (i.e. FIFA, Madden, UFC, etc.) and click it to claim the loot for it. 2. You'll end up needing to link your EA and Amazon accounts. 3. Log into Apex and the items that you claimed should be in your account. Reply. 0.
Same problem. Have confirmed my EA account is linked to my PSN and that my EA account is linked to twitch prime multiple times. Have restarted the game and console multiple times. Still nothing. I didn’t have this problem last year when there was a twitch prime loot drop for CODWWII, so I don’t know what the issue is.
All you need to do is unlink the account that you accidentally claimed the reward on. To do this, you need to go to ea and go to the settings and unlink the prime account. Then, go back to prime rewards and relink it back to the correct account. Be warned, unlinking the account that you originally put the rewards on will block you from linking ...

I logged in twitch from my ps4 (since it has the browser for internet) everything was already linked from all the work done before this attempt, and i was actually able to broke into the endless repetitive tabs of twitch prime that brought me to the '' CLAIMED WITH SUCCESS'' message and finally the skin and 5 packs were actually in the game.

Accepted Solution. #2. January 2021. Options. EA_Illium. Community Manager. @PingAChargeRifle If you have multiple platforms on your EA Account linked to Twitch it the reward when you redeem will go to the first one you log into after redeeming. YOu can check out the FAQ here for more information.
