REQUIREMENTS. Age : Pre-K program is available for students from ages 4. K-12 regular classes are available for students from ages 5 and up. Adult Mandarin classes are available for students from ages 18 and up. Transfer students need to attend the placement test until further notice.
Founded in 1997, Tzu Chi Academy, San Mateo is one of 25 WASC accredited Tzu Chi Academy. In addition to the two hours of Mandarin learnings, we have a period dedicated to cultural and humanistic learnings. Here we are developing not only Mandarin language skills, but also Compassion and Kindness.
