Here's how you can fix it: Open a new blank document in Microsoft Word. Click on the "Home" tab in the ribbon at the top of the screen. Look for the "Paragraph" section and click on the small arrow in the bottom right corner of the section to open the Paragraph dialog box. In the Paragraph dialog box, make sure that the "General" tab is selected.

Nov 28, 2017 · Since using Word 2013, when the cursor gets to the bottom of the page while typing, the lines start scrolling one line at a time and the cursor stays on that bottom line. It never jumps the text to the middle of the screen to eye level. In all my years of using Word and prior to that Word Perfect, I have never encountered this.
