If you double-click there, it will remove all the empty spaces and make it far more readable. with a line in between. Double click the line again to undo. – LPChip.

For example, if I press the right-arrow key five times, it takes Word a few seconds for the cursor to get there. This is particularly annoying if I want to say, highlight a sentence using arrow keys alone, as it takes Word much longer than usual to accurately move the cursor.

Nov 28, 2017 · Since using Word 2013, when the cursor gets to the bottom of the page while typing, the lines start scrolling one line at a time and the cursor stays on that bottom line. It never jumps the text to the middle of the screen to eye level. In all my years of using Word and prior to that Word Perfect, I have never encountered this.
