May 29, 2014 · For reasons unknown, the function of my arrow keys now only wishes to work as page up and down, not scrolling to individual letters (as you would when editing a document). The problem is not just in office, but on all programs and things I do on the computer. Have looked into the scroll lock on my on-screen keyboard, but it is off.
Restart your computer a few times to see if it helps. Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot. Scroll down. Click Keyboards. Click Run the Troubleshooter.
