Facilities Master Planning at Windermere Elementary School. A new Windermere Elementary School opened for the 2021-2022 school year. Part of the first phase of the community-developed master plan for Upper Arlington’s schools, every elementary school in our district is either completely new or fully renovated and includes needed space for the district’s growing enrollment.
