Your black bags are collected fortnightly. Your garden waste is collected fortnightly between March and November, on alternate weeks to black bags. Between December and February we operate a ‘Ring and Request’ service. If you’d like to request a collection during this period, contact us on 01446 700111.

Vale of Glamorgan Council (VoGC) provides a weekly kerbside-sort collections service for recycling. This means it collects recyclable materials in separate containers. It collects: from a reusable small white bag for household batteries. Residents can recycle small electrical items by placing them loosely on top of one of their caddies or bags.

We are accepting van and trailer permits which are limited to one per month and appointments are available daily at 15:30 at Barry and Llandow. There is a charge of £18.50, please call 01446 700111 to make a payment and book the permit.
