Im not sure if this is correct, but you can go to windows terminal on computer hosting the server and type "ipconfig" then copy the ipv6 ip address and from the other computer type in rs2's console (by pressing ~ key, might have to enable in options) then type "connect localipaddress" replace localipaddress with the host computer's ipv6 address.
