Mar 1, 2023 · The 1- and 5-year trend graphs have been updated to a new improved format (using AMCharts) featuring smoothed lines and interactivity (hover to see more detail, zoom within the graph, add and remove items with the clickable legend). These two new graphs replace the old versions.
You may have seen this recent post from Clarivate describing changes in their rankings methodology, which will be in use for the first time in this year's JCR. We will no longer provide separate JIF rankings for the nine subject categories that are indexed in multiple editions.

Please note that this journal will also be listed in the 2023 data (2024 release) with a Journal Impact Factor, and the new title, Parasites, Hosts and Diseases will be listed with an Immediacy Index only.

Feb 19, 2024 · Over the past few years, Clarivate has implemented a series of policy changes for the Journal Citation Reports aimed at aligning coverage between the Web of Science Core Collection and the JCR, providing more transparency of the data underlying JCR metrics encouraging a more inclusive, more holistic way of comparing journals.
