Mar 14, 2024 · Jesus said. For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven (Matthew 22:30). The idea seems to be they will not have power to reproduce, or have any sexual drive. Jesus also said the bodies of believers will be deathless.

Jul 1, 2022 · So, here’s Paul’s point: after the resurrection, we will have a body perfectly suited for life in heaven (that is, on the New Earth in eternity, Revelation 21:1). The “spiritual body” will be made of flesh (like Jesus’ body is), but a different kind of flesh than what we have now.
