It's super easy to make a pair of legs from stacked cinder blocks. The legs become secure with the addition of long bolts, mounted in concrete poured in the bottom blocks. The bolts (all thread rods) extend upward through two blank cinder blocks, and through the boards that bring the table to the correct height.
