You need orichalcum to buy them, which can be received by completing bounties. You only get 1 random item per week tho. You have 200 Free Helix Credits after you complete Megaris. So why is the bighorn so good compared to every other bow the other bows do more dps. There's always Opals.

You get 150 helix credits the first time you finish certain collectible missions, like getting all the beer bottles, or all the illustrations. There might be a few other times when you get helix credits too, but I can't be sure.

By the end of the game , after grabbing all collectibles and grabbing 4-5 social glitches, I had about 800 Helix credits. The wind carried screams from the west. I could not help but smile - Kain. Thats the thing. Not a season pass holder or a collector. I have maybe 15 collectibles total.
