Through this program, you could receive free insulation for your attic, walls, basement, or crawlspaces, a natural gas furnace for $9.50 a month for 5 years, and/or a $3,000 rebate for the purchase of a high-efficiency natural gas boiler. To qualify for the furnace or boiler rebate, your current furnace/boiler must run on natural gas.
