Without giving much more detailed financial information, we’re ready to dump in the several tens of thousands range into an investment account so are now deciding if we’d like to just do that with Morgan Stanley, because they’re familiar/easy or if it’s worth researching and investing elsewhere.

In the last three months, I have being trying to get the issue resolved and encountered unbelievable problems within Morgan Stanley. There is no ownership, no accountability, no commitment. Only thing they have is disconnection among different departments. After three months, the problem still not resolved.
