  2. Aug 11, 2022 · I think the jealousy mentioned in Ethics of Our Fathers that drives a man from this world is NOT love-based. I think the Zohar is talking here of love-based jealousy where spouses are two halves of one whole, so a third partner is out of place, causing jealousy.
