The Effortless Building Mod provides all the tools you need to make building faster and smoother. Like the ability to mirror blocks in real-time, or to replace existing blocks, build repeated sections quickly, and so on.
- Soaring Structures. On the opposite, there’s Soaring Structures. Instead of adding structures underground, it adds them to the sky instead. They’re going to be quite difficult to reach, so you might need an Elytra.

- Yung’s Better Caves. Minecraft 1.17 will bring an update to Caves, but if you can’t wait until then, you might want to try out Yung’s Better Caves. Now, they’ll be much larger and more cavern-like, instead of being the same boring tunnels that we usually see.
- Better Mineshafts. Yung, who made the Better Caves mod also made Better Mineshafts. It aims to improve all of Minecrafts Shafts, giving them all new designs, which include changing the materials based on the biome they spawn in.
- Biomes o’ Plenty. Biomes o’ Plenty is another must have mod, and adds over 50 new Biomes to your Minecraft world. When exploring, this should make your world feel much more diverse and interesting.
- Industrial Craft. And now, my personal favorite. One of the most well-liked crafting mods for Minecraft is Industrial Craft. However, it has a ton of features that are fantastic if you're also into building.
- World Edit. Everyone loves building. What about remaking the world from scratch? One of the most functional building mods for Minecraft is called World Edit.
- MrCrayFish’s Furniture Mod. How can we finish all the construction we've done? by enhancing everything. Numerous mods for Minecraft add new pieces of furniture.
- Blockus Mod. Did I mention that there is no such thing as too many blocks in Minecraft? Even more blocks are added by the Blockus mod, including numerous decorative blocks and straightforward building blocks with numerous variations.
Jul 18, 2013 · For now we'd recommend using the 1.12.2 release of BuildCraft, although some features are missing (notably robots and the builder and filler). If you'd like to use either of those then you can use the 1.7.10 releases instead. For somewhat regular updates please see the roadmap page on buildcraft's website.
