Default roles are provided for common worker types to quickly assign roles based on the work a set group of members needs to do. The default roles include a set of privileges that cannot be altered. If you require fine-grained control over privileges assigned to members, the organization administrator can create custom roles and choose the privileges to assign to each.
At the top of the site, click Organization and click the Settings tab. Click Member roles. To create a custom role, do the following: Click Create role. In the Create role window, provide a name and description for the role. The name must be unique within your organization and cannot be the same as the name of a default role or template.
