At the top of the site, click Organization and click the Settings tab. Click Member roles. To create a custom role, do the following: Click Create role. In the Create role window, provide a name and description for the role. The name must be unique within your organization and cannot be the same as the name of a default role or template.
User types are related to the license assigned to the member, and they control the scope of privileges that can be assigned to the member through a role. For example, a member who is assigned a Viewer user type cannot be added to the default Publisher role or to a custom role that includes privileges to create content or groups.
