Psychopa-thy refers to a constellation of personality traits and behaviors with interpersonal, affective, behavioral, and antisocial components. The PCL-R consists of 20 items scored on a 3-point scale (0, 1, 2) resulting in a total dimensional score ranging from 0 to 40. Higher scores are indicative of more psychopathic features.
