Nah. I'm a virgin to freedom to Koodo customer. With virgin you can direct contact customer support and an agent will attend your needs provided I'm pretty sure the agent is not Canada based. It's either India or Phillipines but whatever, the English accent is okish. With Koodo- There is no direct line customer service.
