There is a hole in my wall and it is not well done. Our previous experience with Virginplus in Quebec has not been good. The customer service is not helpful they dismiss your concerns. At our old place we waiting for the technician for 3+ hours and he did not come, he no showed. Date of experience: August 11, 2024.
