Aug 1, 2021 · This does not work in Minecraft 1.18 for CJK anymore. Books and signs can no longer use fullwidth characters in the unintended way shown below. They are now, technically fullwidth and this spacing bug with fullwidth where the text used was variable width cannot be reproduced. This writ is effectively obsolete and deprecated.
