To make this delicious Beer Battered Fish, you will need the following ingredients (full measurements in recipe card below): cod fish fillets - make sure these are completely thawed and cut into 3-inch long strips. You can substitute any type of flaky white fish filets, including haddock, halibut, pollock, perch, striped bass, etc.
Dip one fish strip into the flour mixture and then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining fish strips. Lightly coat strips with cooking spray. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from oven. Preheat broiler.
