A new, improved trip-booking system developed by Canadian company Spare Labs Inc. is launching to all customers on Tuesday, June 18. It will include these self-service booking options: The Winnipeg Transit+ On-Request smartphone and web app
Winnipeg Transit Plus customers will have access to a variety of exciting new features when using the service, including: An automated phone service: Book and check the status of trips 24/7 by calling 204-986-5711. Expanded trip notifications: Receive updates via text, email, automated phone call, and through the app.
On Tuesday, June 18, we will be launching a new, improved trip-booking system to all customers. We’re thrilled to introduce these modern self-service booking options: While the automated phone service will be available to all Transit Plus customers at launch, the app will only be accessible, initially, to a select group of early adopters.
