After Albedo leave, Renner begins quietly rejoicing to herself that her dream life with Climb that she has yearned so much for is now within her reach.
Albedo seemed quite interested in Renner’s reaction, which was completely unlike what she had shown thus far. This was the Renner of whom Demiurge had spoken. She had betrayed her family, her bloodline and her people, but there was not a shred of regret on her face.
Towards the ending of Chapter 4 of Volume 14, Renner thanks Albedo and says that it took her time to prepare the poison (Which she put into the food she cooked for the orphan children). Then when Albedo hands Renner the Fallen Seed that’s supposed to be for Climb, says that the next step would be to prepare the sacrifice.
It's not in any one specific passage of the 14th volume. It's inferred information from a bunch of small clues dotted around the novel. Renner thanks Albedo for the poison she gave her at the end of volume 14 after Renner left her sex-dog...I mean Climb to recover after his resurrection.
