Some features of cap IQ are not the most user friendly, such as creating watch lists, which takes many different steps and is often hard to remember. However, with the live chat I am usually able to get any issues I have with this resolved quickly!

I've noticed CapIQ doesn't have much for live data but I mostly use it for fundamentals and use thinkorswim for live. I've started playing around with the Excel plug-in but I'm not quite sure what to do with it. Any tips or suggestions?
