Aug 22, 2023 · AI image generation, as of mid-2023, is not free– it’s generally a paid service. Scratch serves millions of kids around the world for free, so we’d want to find a way to provide free image generation. It’s also not generally available offline, so it would be inaccessible to the many people who use Scratch without connecting to the internet.
May 9, 2024 · Incredible brain imagery is now possible with the help of Google's AI. A joint team of Google researchers and Harvard neuroscientists have reconstructed nearly every cell and all of its connections within a small volume of human brain tissue. This 3D mapping required a monumental 1.4 petabytes of data and provides an unprecedented view into the ...
Aug 22, 2023 · We’ve been experimenting with AI image generation in Scratch Lab. In our prototype, you can type in a short description of whatever character or backdrop image you’d like. A few seconds later ...
Sep 4, 2024 · An advantage of using the CAR platform lies in its ability to streamline complex brain image analysis, spanning from the whole-brain scale down to the level of synapses connecting neurons.

May 9, 2023 · The Brain Atlas allows you to examine structures of the brain in accurate 3D imaging from a 360-degree viewpoint. Use the mouse to navigate all around from top to bottom, from side to side, and to zoom in on relevant structures. By clicking on a desired structure or region, the drop-down bar on the left side will present the name of the ...

May 9, 2023 · One of these methods is magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). An MRI machine uses a strong magnetic field and radio waves to create detailed images of the brain. These images can be used to create a 3D model of the brain that can be viewed on a computer or other device. Another method used to create 3D images of the brain is computed tomography (CT ...
