Aug 12, 2021 · At the moment, there is no attribute/NBT data/etc that allows entities to emit light in Vanilla Bedrock or Java Edition. Hopefully this changes in 1.18 with the deep dark's warden, but I'm pretty sure this is the correct answer as of 1.17.
