The name of said folder depends on the level-name setting in server.properties, and defaults to world. Thus, you can start a new world and toggle between the saves by simply changing this setting.

Select the file, hit upload and restart the server. To travel to this world, type /world ul_<filename>. Again, make sure you have OP permissions!

Just tested this in 1.19 to make sure it works the same and it does. If you have a world on a server and you want to move that world to a local single player world, you should only have to do this once when you are transferring the world from the server to your world saves.
