Only if you own it or hold a license for it. There are movies in the public domain you can stream. Last Halloween I streamed the old Vincent Price movie House on Haunted Hill since it's actually public domain. I think you can do a follower only stream and do a watch party with Prime movies.

If you don’t want to see streams from a CCL category, you can filter that content out of your Twitch experience by visiting the new Content Display Preferences section, located in your Profile settings, and selecting the toggle for the relevant category.
