The biggest thing is whether the posters are double sided (so search "*movie-name* DS poster"). The reprints are typically one sided, so that's the easiest difference. Otherwise, I'm not sure if movie posters are a frequently counterfeited item, at least not with new movies, so that's typically enough to weed out the "fakes".
