Nov 19, 2019 · My guess is that you're looking at movies that are "free with Prime." If you don't have a subscription to Amazon Prime you pay the full price. However, since you didn't post links to any of the movies you're talking about, we can't actually determine what's happening.
Depends on what you mean by 'keep'. The copy you 'buy' on Amazon stays on your amazon account, and in theory, you can watch it as many times as you want for as long as you want... ... as long as you have an amazon prime account. If you cancel your amazon account, you won't have access to that movie anymore.

“Available on Prime” means you can get the title on Prime. That can be renting or buying the title. “Included with Prime” means it is available as a part of the Prime Video streaming subscription content.
