Basically for any usual anime song like ignite or miiro at the 160-220 bpm range, 1/2 would be ur jumps, 1/4 would be ur streams, 1/3 would be the occasional slow stream. 1/2 means there are 2 notes in a beat, 1/3 meaning 3 note in a beat, and 1/4 meaning 4.
