Columbo. Columbo is an American crime drama television series starring Peter Falk as Lieutenant Columbo, a homicide detective with the Los Angeles Police Department. [2][3] After two pilot episodes in 1968 and 1971, the show originally aired on NBC from 1971 to 1978 as one of the rotating programs of The NBC Mystery Movie.

AND it includes all the movies that were made later, in the 1980’s, 90’s and the final one in 2000. Every one holds up very well, even though they all change with the times, Columbo never changes – he only improves!
