Also if you go to C&C online, you could always download their app, which lets you hook the app to Red Alert 3, which in turn allows you to play on C&C online community servers, where people still play the game, as well as other C&C ...
Uprising is a minor continuation if the RA3 story, so that comes after. You could also try out the Dune games if you've never played them, they're C&C in all but name; For Dune II, I'd recommend Dune Dynasty .
I myself ultimately dropped RA3 after a few months, I have tried to come back a few times but the cheesy graphics, unsavory gameplay and slow economy turns me down every time.
